Anne Thompson

Anne is a Partner of TW Law. Anne was a Trainee at Leslie Harris Solicitors and Advocates and qualified in 1998. Anne was initially based in Blackpool and later moved to St Annes on Sea.

Anne is an accredited Children Law Specialist and has represented children and parents alike. This includes family cases that have been complex cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Reported cases:-

Re ML (Use of Skype Technology) [2013] EWHC 2091 (Fam);

M v F (Covert Recording of Children) [2016] EWFC 29.

Anne also specialises in Domestic Violence cases which affects both men and woman and works closely with resolution and Woman’s Aid.

Kerry Williams

Kerry is a Partner of TW Law. Kerry joined Leslie Harris Solicitors as a Trainee is 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor in February 2009; at the same time as she qualified she became Salaried Partner in Leslie Harris Solicitors.

Kerry helps families across generations in their plans for their futures which includes supporting and protecting vulnerable family members. Kerry can also provide expert legal advice on every aspect of buying or selling your home.

Kerry is an accredited member of STEP, the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. This means that she is an expert in offering advice in Wills, Trusts, Estate, Probate and Taxation.

Stephen Shillito

Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1976 after completing his training with the Blackpool firm of Wylie Kay & Co. After a short period with a Lancaster firm he returned to Blackpool in 1977 joining the firm of Hamer Park & Haworth as an Assistant Solicitor and becoming a Partner in 1978. This firm amalgamated with the St. Annes on Sea firm of Bradshaw Stephenson & Firth in 2000 to become known as Bradshaws Hamer Park & Haworth. On being taken over by Leslie Harris Thornton in 2015 Stephen retired as a Partner and took on the role of Consultant Solicitor, he continues this role with the new firm of TW Law.

Main areas of practice are Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Commercial Leases, Wills and Probate.

Jeffrey Wood

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1976 Jeff worked in general practice in Manchester before becoming a partner in 1983 in the firm later to be known as Bradshaws Hamer Park & Haworth based in Lytham St. Annes and Blackpool.

He has a broad experience in all aspects of private practice although in recent years has specialised in residential and commercial property transactions; Wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney; landlord and tenant issues and elderly client advice.
